On Wednesday 3rd May 2017, Anna Giorgi of the Mountain University in Edolo will attend the conference organized by LUMSA – Libera Università Maria Santissima Assunta, with the patronage of the Italian Geographic Society.
The “Mountain areas: green infrastructure for innovation and development” conference aims to gather together all those who are interested in mountain areas, therefore the key figures in government and politics, stakeholders in such areas, but also university institutions.
The meeting will be divided into two sections: a round table with a political and institutional theme, entitled “The Appennines: a green resource of a Green Economy“, and one that gives space to the protagonists of mountain territories, entitled “Experiences and Research activities of the High Lands “. This section will include the participation of Professoressa Anna Giorgi of the Mountain University in Edolo, who will be contributing with a viewpoint based on her professional and geographical background.
