The new Master’s Degree course in VALORIZATION AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF MOUNTAIN AREAS offered by the UNIMONT Centre of the University of Milan (class LM-73) promotes the study of the biological resources of plant origin specific to mountain areas and teaches you how to use them in an innovative and sustainable way.
The “Bioresources for Innovation in Mountain Products” course is part of the MOUNTAINSIDE training offer and is divided into 3 modules, one of which is held by Professor Angela Bassoli of the Department of Food, Environmental and Nutritional Sciences of the University of Milan.
