Important news for the Academic Year 2022/2023. Lessons for the Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree Courses are starting

The lecture rooms of UNIMONT, the Centre of Excellence of the University of Milan, are once again filled with students: the Academic Year 2022/2023 has started with some great news!

On 27th September 2022, the lessons of the Academic Year 2022/2023 for the Undergraduate Course in Development and Protection of the Mountain Environment and for the Master’s Degree Course in Valorization and Sustainable Development of Mountain Areas have started at the UNIMONT Centre of the University of Milan.

Professor Anna Giorgi, Head of the UNIMONT Centre and Coordinator of the three-year Degree Course in Development and Protection of the Mountain Environment, and of the Master’s degree in Valorization and Sustainable Development of Mountain Areas, welcomed the new students of the Bachelor’s Three-year Degree Course, during a specially organized welcome meeting. During the meeting, Professor Alberto Tamburini, professor of Livestock Farming in mountain areas, and Sonia Visioli, President of the Val.Te.Mo. Association, also contributed.

The students of the International Master’s Degree Course, a novelty in UNIMONT’s training offer, began their academic career with the course “Bioresources for Innovation in Mountain Products” held by Professor Angela Bassoli.

New training courses for the 2022/2023 academic year are underway: the lessons of the First Level Specialising Master in Project Management for Mountain areas will start in November. Participants will study to become expert planners for the sustainable development of mountain territories. Again, there is still time to enroll and apply for one of the 20 scholarships to fully cover tuition costs. The deadline is October 3rd.
