ECO-FOOD CHAIN is the first project in Italy aimed at making the wildfowl supply chain sustainable.
The project is financed by Cariplo Foundation.
UNIMONT was entrusted with the evaluation of the social cost of the damage from ungulates, through a retrospective analysis:
- damage analysis at the level of pastures, orchards and forestry based on information made available by the various management bodies;
- evaluation of the trend of road accidents for species of ungulate, comparing them to the specific census data.
