RAI Community – L’altra Italia is a program dedicated to Italians living abroad whose goal is to tell and share the excellence of Italy with those who live and work far away. UNIMONT was chosen for the section Campus Italia which presents the high quality training courses activated by universities and vocational schools in Italy.
Dott.ssa Emanuela Zilio talked about the Unimont experience, the work done over the years in research, training, planning and communication, a commitment that has led today to more than 250 students who live and study in Edolo and numerous young entrepreneurs ready to respond to the challenges of the mountain territory, a working group active on projects at regional, national and international levels, and a network – in constant growth – active in the mountains. Dr. Luca Giupponi recounted how teaching and direct learning work in the field, the PhD student Sarah Whitaker (who arrived in Edolo from Atlanta – USA) and the student Francesco Vertua spoke of the investment and commitment of Unimont for the future of the mountains between climate change and sustainability.
