Unimont Literary Review racCONTA LA MONTAGNA 2020-2021 – Everything is ready for the Fourth Edition!

The calendar of meetings has been defined and everything is ready for the fourth edition of the popular Unimont literary review “racCONTA LA MONTAGNA” which through iconic literary publications will accompany participants in the exploration of new mountain places and in the discovery of new meanings linked to the world of the highlands.

The event is an opportunity to find out about non-fiction or fiction texts focusing on the mountains, but also to be able to interact directly with the authors, students and participants. This year the event includes 7 meetings, which will take place monthly from October to May: mark the dates in your diary straight away so as not to miss a single one! You can take part in all the meetings, just like a single journey, travelling together, or choose to register only for some “stages” – participation is always open to the public and free!

Those of you who live in ValleCamonica can look for and reserve books through the Rete Bibliotecaria Bresciana e Cremonese which is sponsoring the event.

THE FIRST MEETING

The 2020-2021 edition will start on 21st October 2020 with the presentation of the book “Mia Sconosciuta”, by Marco Albino Ferrari – writer, journalist and founder of “Meridiani Montagne”. All the information on the event is already available online and you can register for the event here.

Due to the persistence of the health emergency, this year the review will begin in an exclusively virtual form, however it is possible that meetings in presence will be reactivated, accompanied by the usual aperitif based on excellent food and wine typical of the ValleCamonica area, for a tasty combination of literature and mountains! We invite you to follow the page dedicated to individual meetings for any future updates.

In the hope of being able to accompany you from the first to the last book, we wish you good reading and we look forward to seeing you on Wednesday 21st October, together with Marco Albino Ferrari! All the events are in italian.

Coordinated by Arch. Claudio Gasparotti, creator and promoter of the event, racCONTA LA MONTAGNA is a Unimont project in memory of Alida Bruni, a commited and brilliant colleague of the Mountain University who had a great passion for literature.
