COWORCare – a new concept of community work close to home with care for children and the elderly.
The labour market and society are changing. On the one hand, new work patterns such as coworking are also spreading to rural areas. On the other hand, increased female employment and demographic change require more care options for children and older people. But is this also considered from the outset in the new forms of work?
We want to reflect on this at the international online event “Coworking and who cares?” on June 9 from 2 to 4 p.m.

Discussion “Are care facilities flexible enough? Could a more flexible system combined with coworking make it easier for people with children or family members who need care to work?”
